Team
PPI developed and patented the original Round Mate System in 1987. The
product line, an interchangeable insert molding system, was created for
our current customers as a way to reduce cost and standardize their tool
making. The Round Mate product line is now complimented by two additional
systems, Systems 2, Side Load and Cavity Ready along with other quick
change solutions and mold components. These product lines are manufactured
in the PPI facility in a series of cellular manufacturing processes. These
systems offer tremendous flexibility and cost reduction benefits to our
customers in the plastic injection industry.
